Quizling.  I believe that it is `2 heads on a ship halfpenny`  Perhaps someone might be able to confirm.

Following my previous answer, I have found an illustration of  half-penny with a ship on the reverse - two were issued - one with the head of George VI and one with the head of Queen Elizabeth II.

 Thanks boaw.  I had no idea that ship half pennies had two different monarchs and I would never have thought of that.
