weatherwise. We've just come back from a walk around the local Country Park. That's blown the cobwebs away. Absolutely beautiful it was, and still is.

Cold and dark here also, Daisy, however up until the sun went down it has been a lovely sunny day here in the West Mids.

It's been a bit chilly but otherwise a really nice day, even though Trish ordered me into the garden with a list of jobs, having said that she did keep me supplied with hot drinks and breaks. This morning I really missed Max, clear blue skies and a frost that thick it looked like snow, perfect morning for getting wrapped up and being out and about but it's not the same by yourself.

We didn't take the dogs, paddy. They had their walk this morning. Gypsy, my GSD could not cope with a two hour walk anymore. We have to be really careful with her.
on and off grey, bits of sunshine, and quite cold
Not in Essex, mostly grey and cold.
lovely day here, although it's clouded over and there's a bit of smurr, wonder if Spring is knocking on the door?
That'd be nice if it was.
Beautiful day here. Spring is definitely afoot down here.
sunshine here but a bit nippy
Not here on the east coast .It was sloshing it down this morning when we went out early to the market and it continued sloshing until after lunchtime when it brightened up for about half an hour . Now it's drizzling again and its' bloomin' cold .

What a shame that some of you have not had the spring sunshine. Tomorrow may be better.
Roll on summer is all I can say .I'm sick of the damp and rain .If we don't get a hot summer I shall write to my MP and complain :)

Fat lot of good that would do, shaney!
Better to write to the gays shaney as they are being held responsible for the rain perhaps they can arrange a lovely summer :-)

I have just looked at tomorrow's forecast for my area. Rain! Oh well. We made the most of today.
It's been lovely here today, took granddaughter number two and the dog on a two hour walk, warm in the sun, bit chilly otherwise. I hope spring has sprung.
Question Author
I'm not sure it's sprung yet, Traci. Peeping round the corner, probably.
Went for a row on the river at Bedford this morning and saw 2 beautiful kingfishers, and you rarely see them round here. Really made my day.
What were you rowing about CK?
Out rowing in an eight with a load of women less than half my age and twice as tall as me...
Question Author
Yes, we do have kingfishers on The Ouse, campbellking. We see them often. We usually hear them before we see them
Oh, rowing, I thought you meant rowing.......

I went out with an oarswoman once.
