Snack Before Bed!

What do you like to eat for a snack before you head off to bed...I love cornflakes!

Not for me thanks, I'm full, and couldn't do with the digestive track having to deal with all that food whilst I'm sleeping.

I try not to eat after 6pm, but if I am hungry then I'll have a bowl of weetabix.

I'm the same as Nibble. Once I've had my evening meal I am just not hungry.

One of my 5 a day nibble, it has a slice of Lime in it.

As a rule I try not to eat after 7pm. Otherwise I wake up feeling sick the following morning. If I'm ravenous though I will just have a hot drink of cocoa or horlicks.

I eat any time I feel like it-tho try to stick to 3 meals a day. But have never understood the 'I try not to eat after....'
My snack of choice is usually cheese.

I try not to eat that late for it risks busting through my diet goal for the day, but if I can't ignore a craving and a drink fails to get rid of it, then a slice of bread and margarine helps.

Can't say I eat before going to bed, but I do enjoy a McVities chocolate biscuit or three, between two and three in the morning.
