Had a bad day yesterday, so am still up, playing music and now feeling happier after a hard day yesterday, looking up ovens. Ours has packed in altogether. Somebody, recommended by Which? is coming to look on Mon. I fear the worst and have already measured up the old one. It's amazing, when you look at ovens for sale. People forget to put the dimensions! Duh! Gonna lose on a sale there then......
Morning all. xxx
minty I hope I've caught you before you go. Your poor dad is really going through the mill. Please tell him, and mum, I'm thinking of them, and you of course.
Alec it's a minefield isn't it. I remember when we bought our cooker 13 years ago it took us nearly a week to make up our minds. The one we chose is very good though.
Nice to see you on page one Cap'n Patch! :o}

MM, I really sympathise. I was diagnosed with shingles and it turned out to be Costochondritis. Very painful even to breathe. I gather your Dad is quite old? I look after my Dad full time. He had an MRI scan for Alzheimers, but luckily he'd only had a series of tiny strokes. His short term memory is very bad, but he had good days too. A frustrating existence though..........
Morning all from a rainy, back to Winter, Sussex. It's to brighten up later. I hope so. It's the Brighton Marathon today and it's not much fun running in this heavy rain. A bit of drizzle is ok for the runners but not this heavy and rather cold, rain. I'm not taking part this year. Not done enough training. I'm going down to the seafront to watch it all, then off to the gym, then Zumba, then Bokwa. That's all MORE than enough exercise for little old(very old!) me. Hope the sun will shine on your upturned apple cheeks everyone. xx
