Thankyou boxtops and emeritus for your help.I cant understand the definition of pinner.
The Definition is

n. A woman's head-dress, having long flaps hanging down the sides of the cheeks, worn during the early part of the eighteenth century

And Pinner is a London Station on the Underground Network
And available on eBay, we find a "Pinner hat", as below..
