Staying with the keeping active story, the classes I spoke about last week hold a festival once a year at our local county showground.
It is based an a Strictly come Dancing format with judges scoring and the audience voting as well, There are about 300 people taking part from all the different classes in the county. It involves doing a dance routine which incorporates a lot of the exercises we do.
A raffle is held and any money raised goes to the British Heart Foundation who support these classes to keep the heart active. I must say I think a good time is had by all
