I have to present a project that I have been working on to my staff, managers and members of our non executive board tomorrow. Part of my job involves staff training and I am more than competent at carrying this out. However this is presenting MY ideas to my superiors and I am feeling aprehension and nerves that I havent felt since I was younger.

Any advice or tips on controlling these nerves!

Breathe slowly, take your time when talking.
It'll be fine xx
Most inportantly, you know your project - they don't.
Look confident, make eye contact, use positive body language.
Leave time for questions at the end.
Keep your slides simple - the audience can read faster than you can talk.
Make numbered notes for each slide but don't read from them.
Rehearse the timing so you don't over- or under- run.
This is YOUR time to shine. Make the most of it.
Sorry the above is a bit disconnected. I'm using iPad.
