Meant to add-if sowing then answer might be Tullecombe.
11 Dictionary.com says for den (scot) a small wooded valley ; dingle. After getting the first part How, and checking all the towns that began with How, den seemed the most likely.

It is definitely sowing on the quiz sheet, but question setter has been known to mispell words, so your quess is as good as mine, must admit I was looking for somewhere with tull or till in it.
