Didn't you get a confirmation email back in Feb, Erin?
Erin this happened to my Dad when he ordered Lionel Ritchie tickets. Stupid question I know but have you put "Phantom" into your email search box? x

I would think I did but can't be absolutely certain... Do you think i've been done out of money? It came off my bank statement as Ambassador Theatre.

I've tried searching for Phantom, Playhouse etc... all key words =s
When is it?
Do you remember which website you used?

October 4th... this is why I was checking.. I couldn't remember if I was to pick them up at the box office or if they were being sent through.
Go to the organisation you booked it through (? Ticketmaster) - you'll have it on your account there.
They often are not sent out until a week or so before the event.

This is why i'm wondering why it came up Ambassador Theatre =s
Question Author
It wasn't ticketmaster.. I've already checked my account with them.
There are contact details on the website. Why don't you phone them up?
Question Author
My mum is just going to phone up... They probably wont be open though =s
If you look on their website here it tells you here that they have something to do with The Playhouse.

If I book tickets for my local theatre (Richmond) Ambassador are the company that deal with it. They are a legit company and I think you will receive your tickets a couple of weeks before the event. Have a look at Ambassor`s website and call them if you need to get any info. I have called them before and they are very helpful

Mum's phoning just now.. I'm so glad I spoke about booking the tickets on here or else I would have had no idea when I had booked them!!

Thanks 237SJ... No answer tonight so we will try phoning again tomorrow. I just know I wouldn't have deleted the confirmation email if I had received one!
Don't panic erin; people lose their theatre tickets quite often and the theatres deal with it.

Edinburgh Playhouse is owned by The Ambassadors Theatre Group who have one central booking system. Phone the actual theatre box office
0131 524 3333 in the morning and they'll have your booking on the computer and be able to either email it to you again or reprint them on the day.

Disaster averted!! Phoned this morning and they gave us a new reference number to pick the tickets up at the box office... Thanks to you all for letting me have a freak out!! :-D
Don't forget to take the credit card with you which was used to pay for the tickets, as sometimes they ask to see that as proof of identity.
