Please can anyone help or solve this Cipher Language puzzle?

I think this is a Railfence cipher puzzle. The code is as follows:

I think I have worked out the last few words and I think they could be "please ensure these remain in situ".

I also think there may be something to do with sticks and a deep hollow but I am not sure.

There are currently three sticks filling a deep hollow. Please ensure these remain in situ to prevent the cache from falling down resulting in zero future finds . Thank you.

That is what I think it says. You read alternate letters.
Is this for geocaching ? Looks like it.

Whats geocaching?

It's a kind of treasure-hunting, Sandy.
Google it and you will get the website.
You join, put in your postcode and it gives you the GPS co-ordinates of caches hidden in your area. (or any area world- wide).
You then search for the cache , sign the logbook to say you've found it and either take some treasure from the cache or leave some behind or both or neither.
Good fun when it is not raining.

If you like puzzles, you would probably enjoy geocaching too.
It takes you to places you wouldn't normally go and most cache hiders put in a bit of a story about the place they hide the cache. There are also often puzzles like this one to solve to get you right to the cache.
