I've just made some marmalade and although I used a sugar thermometer and took the pan off the heat when it reached 105 degrees celsius (the temperature I thought was the correct one for jam-making) but it hasn't set properly. I'm loth to chuck it away and I wondered if there is any point in boiling it up again.

I have reboiled marmalade before and added a little extra pectin, which made it perfect! Hope yours works out for you too.
Is that what they call "double-cut" then?
Boil again at full heat to reduce consistency if its too runny.
