Honestly, I'd move there tomorrow if it was possible!

Oh, oh, oh! I've been there!

The houses are absolutely gorgeous and they live such a simple, nomadic way of life.
However, there's absolutely tons of people that want to live there already :-(

They've got their own website, which is quite interesting. I'll find the link...

Oh wow... it looks so cosy :)
I'm sure there was a similar build on grand designs once. They used all recycled materials to build it. I'm sure the main component was recycled tyres...

Do you mean something like this, Erin-x? http://www.treehugger...house-of_the_year.php
Probably a bit more than £3000 though!
http://www.channel4.c...-25/display/subpage/2 It was this one Diana.. This one doesn't look cheap either though lol.. and now that i've seen it again, it's not really similar at all haha. I really like the bathroom :)
It's interesting to see just how much hard work Express staff put into their reporting.

That report says that the couple's children are 6 and 7 years old, so the photograph is clearly not recent. So I took a look at the guy's website and, surprise, surprise, that's where the photo has been lifted from. In fact, looking a bit further shows that the WHOLE of the article has been lifted from his website.

Can I have a job working for the Express please?
;-)

But..... Buenchico... you forget. Hobbits are little people so of course they look young for their age. ;)
It's a sweet little house, but I'd rather have my own solid bricks and mortar thanks ...
LOL @ Diana

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. :-)
I hope the solar panels provide enough power to run the microwave.
The house looks very cosy, hope they are flood proof.
Lol. I'd love to be a little hobbit, living in a little hobbit house made of hay :))

Yes, dianna, this particular one. It was before they'd featured in any mainstream magazines or papers, and there wasn't anywhere near as many huts there as they have now. It was absolutely gorgeous... in a "quirky" kind of way.

They have such a lovely life. They're completely off the grid and, pretty much, live off the land. Perfect!

You'd have to have big hairy feet, though... Not a good look for a woman!
Oh damn! Knew there'd be something, that'd let me down... :-(
I'm sure there's a joke about a magic ring, but I'd never crack that one...
Err.... :-/

I have no idea what you're on about... ? ;P
I'm a townie, born and bred so would not fit into that sort of life at all. It looks idyllic but I would miss all the mod cons. All right for a short holiday but that's as far as it goes.
