Every day there seems to be cut backs in one way or another, does it annoy you? effect you? have a personal effect on your family? your savings? is this Pratt a reincarnation of the so-called Iron bitch's ways to crucify the nation?
As a person who has always been careful with my money and didn't get myself up to my eyeballs in debt, I resent having to bail out those who lived the high life on borrowed cash. I hated Thatcher with a vengence, but to be fair, the irresponsibility off the last few years has to be paid for and we'll just have to suck it up and get on with it. I just hope to Christ that people have learned a lesson but think that is wishful thinking.
I was a big fan of Maggie. With the unions she did what she had to do ( In my opinion ). David on the other hand is attempting to clear up after the bankers, maybe he is going at it too quickly. As Tory as I am I do not blame Gordy for the present troubles I blame the banks. Lending large amounts of money to people who could not afford to pay it back.
....and that doesn't mean I don't think he is a pratt - but look at the alternative pratt? I didn't think I'd ever be disappointed that David Milliband wasn't leader of the Labour party, but there you go.
