hiya,
please help me, I own a vw Golf Gti, it comes with a bodykit as standard, Last week i put my car into a reutable garage to have a new exhaust fitted, Firstly i woz promised the car back in a few hours with work complete, aha,,
Picked the car up, on the 22/7/2010, back again on the 23/7/2010 and again 24/7/2010 when leaving he assured me that would be it done, (the exhaust he put on my car was shorter than the 1 he removed, and because of this it has melted my bodykit at the back because of the heat build up, nd i know for definate this was not like that because the previous exhaust stuck oot about 2, half inches behind the car,and this thing is under about 2 inches

wot are my rights for complaining,

Please help me , my car is ruined, and its a custome oem kit its expensive to replace, x

I'm trying to make sense of this post, but there are quite a few words in there that are definately not English.
I'm not a retail expert or anything, but I reckon (IMHO) that it serves you right for sticking a bodykit on a sh1te motor! Mate if you want a fast car then buy one, instead of turning a girls car into a mess-on-wheels!!

Bit harsh there bob, if you read it again it's a standard (factory) fit bodykit (though I agree the English is diabolical in the question and I hate the use of woz, wot and the like!)

Have you tried contacting the garage and seeing what they have to say about it?
D'oh!! Cheers for pointing that out Brady

Chuck, I enjoy winding up boy-racers. It's fun. Like picking on 3-legged puppies.
Oh Bob!
Owner of the car is not a boy-racer -SHE is a girl.
It's a shame that you cannot ask a simple Q without getting slagged off! regards the grammar, we are not all perfect, It does not matter if the body kit was not part of the car the responsibilities of the garage are, if the car had come in for an exhaust & the exhaust that came off had been extended the garage should have measured up the new one accordingly, if the body work has been damaged due to warping by the new exhaust then its up to that garage to put it right, have a word with the garage before you go any further, do you have a witness regards the condition of the rear end of the car before it went in? be truth full Hotwheelz!! liars can be caught out in more ways than one & by saying that I am not implying that you have lied.
