Dear Receiver,

You have just received an Irish virus. Since we are not so technologically advanced in Ireland, this is a MANUAL virus. Please delete all the files on your hard disk yourself and send this mail to everyone you know. That'd be grand.

Not as crazy as it might seem. Many spoof emails advise you to be careful of some non existant risk then pass it to everyone you know.

This fills peoples inboxes with rubbish from well meaning but ill informed people and is a pain in itself.
