Ideas for 10 year old girl to dress on a "dot" themed day

Hi, my niece has to dress for a day at school to raise money and the theme is "dots". Any ideas welcome - only thing I could come up with was a dice - easy enough to do but diffucult to wear all day in school. She is 10 years old.

there is always a leopard or a dalmation, dressing in yellow or white with black spots. what about wearing all white and having red, blue, green and yellow spots, you could then become the game of "twister" good luck with what you choose
