epilation - the follow up!

I had a post on here a while ago asking whether childbirth or epilation - which is the most painful!
useful do's & don'ts
DO
it in a well lit room
gag yourself to stifle the screams
wash the area with hot water (ideal after a bath or shower)
cool the area before epilation with the cooling gel pouch provided - could rub it over when finshed epilating
smother talcum powder on the area to be epilated (before)
don't do it whilst on your monthly cycle (more painful)
after you've finished put some moisturiser on
DON'T
use it on an eyebrows
do it when drunk
or for a dare
use the cat/dog for practice - RSPCA may be called
use it on the nether regions first - if you've never done it before - unless you want a sex change! lol
use it as a torture device (passible as a DO if into S & M)
use it on head hair - ouch!
use your children to practice on - RSPCC may be called!
use it on nasal hair - you know who you are
use it on eyelashes

Epilation is the invention of the Devil, right there with the guillotine, and any torture device ever invented.
Waxing, however, is MUCH quicker, if not less painful.
PS: don't sunbathe afterward, especially if like me, you have red-head skin. Ouch!!!! :O(
Oh, and those "calming" balm they give you with it? Bullpoop.
Unless what you are looking for is half a second of relief in the midst of your pain. Ingesting alcohol in large quantities is far more useful.
