I've always liked Burmese but the Bengal is also a stunning cat.
If forced to choose though it would have to be the Burmese.
Awww....we had a Burmese cat. She was beautiful. Up to you though! Good luck.
Ooooo the Bengal one! Is that the leopard print one? If so, then that one, that's coooool with a capital K!!!

ooh i dunnoooo for a year i wanted a bengal... thats only coz i didnt know about the burmese...!!!!! and the light brown is soo cuttttteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee amazing colour....

but the bengal!!!!!! its got breathtaking stripes and spots.. especially the snow bengals.

man im so indecisive

so far its one each...
had a pursian once , but so hard to groom ,quite like siamease
Yes, but Burmese have short coats (in general), so are easier to look after. Ours was a silver tabby, and as a kitten, had beautiful "ticks". It's hard to decide which of the two mentioned cats are the most appealing - but if you like cats full-stop - they're ALL beautiful.
my cat is a little cracker! when i walk to the shop she follows me to make sure im ok. she realy is a wise old putty cat.
Awwww.....ours follow us around as well.
Aawww , they are all so cute , I guess it would depend which cat chooses you really . I like the look of the light Burmese though it's gorgeous :-) x
Just get a little rescue cat/kitten from an animal sanctuary. All cats are equally as lovely and all give as much pleasure.
All the cats you show are beautiful, but why 'buy' a cat when so many are unwanted.

I'd just like to second LoftyLottie. Please get a kitten (or an older cat) from a shelter. There are millions of unwanted cats out there desperate for a home. Everytime someone buys a kitten it means another one has to be put down because there isn't a home for it.

I got my cat, aged 3, from a shelter and he is the most gorgeous, most affectionate, funniest furball I've ever known!! Please at least consider it.
I agree, you should get a rescue cat, mine was from cats protection, they just ask for a small donation, why pay for a cat when sooo!!! many are treatly badly, good luck it's your decision at the end of the day.
i agree with the above posts. when i got my cat from the local animal shelter some years ago, i had not decided on a specific breed - i just looked at all of them. she then chose me! she proved to be a lovely pet
ive got 2 burmese at the moment and they are gorgeous but then being a cat lover i love them just as much as the 3 rescued moggies i had before.

think of your student loan and the plight of thousands of homeless kittens
At the moment, Bengal have less inherited disease predispositions than the Burmese, so I'd vote Bengal.

Although moggies are healthier (and cheaper) still!
I have to agree with the other abers.
Why not go to an animal shelter or the Cat Protection League. There are so many beautiful kittens and slightly older cats looking for good homes.
Just go have a look before you decide to buy a pedigree cat!
BENGAL - I have 2 they are great!!!!!
What about the new Toyger breed? They are stunning and theres a breeder just up the road from me.
I have a Ragdoll,beautiful and very loving.
bengal - I have an adopted one - if you don't mind them being VERY vocal
Our cat is a cross-breed moggie who was a gift from a friend over 15 years ago. We all love him to bits. I really would recommend a hybrid rather than a pedigree, they live longer and healthier lives as a rule and are often more intelligent.
The Bengal is certainly stunning....but I agree with all the people who have posted about rescue cats. They need you; and they'll put less strain on your student loan!
