Many thanks to both of you for going to the trouble of typing all that - I would definitely have made more than 1 typo if it was me typing!!
Sarumite and grannygrump - you both deserve three Gold Stars for going to all that trouble.

Hi birdwoman

My copy is exactly the same. At least the grey splodge leaves somewhere to put your name and address. There'll be some puzzled faces at the MOS, when we manage to send in completed copies !
Question Author
Thanks again sarumite. Have some more stars!
Question Author
Eddie my copy must be a bit worse because the name and address space is totally missing. I've had to get creative with some blank paper, sellotape & scissors. Just as well people on this site are so helpful or I would have had to throw it away!!
