Quite sunny here in Burn;ey-by-the-canal, but also quite chilly when the wind picks up. Just had the dog out for half an hour and regret not taking my gloves.

Just had our first power cut here north of Porto. Huge waves strong winds and heavy rain forecast. Granddaughters 4 day show jumping cancelled because of amount of rain forecast

E. Yorkshire Wolds - we woke to rain, but it is now dry.  Windy and alternate sun/clouds.  Cold.  Not a bad day so far.

Nice and sunny here in East Yorkshire at themoment, with just a light breeze.
No doubt we will get the wet stuff later on.

My little J boy is due a walk at 1pm.  It's forecast to be p'ing it down, again.  So that'll be about 6 muddy wet dog coats I've had to wash this week.

Good job I love him to bits.

I think it's what I would call British weather!

Light rain for most of the morning here in Belfast.

Wet, heavy rain & freezing cold!

We had it a lot in Dorset last night about 6ish, lightning and real thunder crashes. Weather today is awful, wet, windy and dark so far.

bloody wet at times, really pishing it down - and breezy as in 50 mph gusts.....

We've got 52mph winds at the moment but will get to 60 mph later on this afternoon in Hove.  Please please don't let my garden fence blow down.  It'll cost me an arm and a leg.

ferlew - didn't know we shared a location, although you may not be in the Wolds bit of course.
