After Tai Chi we have breakfast. Then off for Nordic Walk around local woods - before the Sunday masses parade!

No good news on the media. One could listen once a month, one would hardly notice any change.

My sympathy lies with the Ukrainian people and the Russian people who bravely openly protest in the face of aggressive police presence.
The West are paper tigers; Putin enjoyably laughing at his 'escapades'. ICC can only act *iff* mad Vlad departs his country.

not really, pain is bad, though will have to see the Orthopedic team to assess the next stage,

Visiting friends today so that will make nice change.

that's nice tsm, i am seeing friends later on this afternoon - they are visiting around 3.30 for an hour or so...

I was told I would need knee replacement but not for a few years hopefully. I had a large growth removed from inside one knee a while back and it was cleaned out at the same time.

We are going for the day so a number of beers will probably be consumed.

my MSK clinician said that my options are generally a knee replacement, which is something i have to consider seriously.

I know I haven't had replacement yet but just getting that growth out made things easier for me. It was growing behind the kneecap and I could hardly bend my leg at all.

i am in constant pain, and maybe this is the only way, what worries me is trying to get down the stairs -

its almost light, and i guess that once we get to March it will be into spring....
