If a received email contains a long gap between the opening text and further text below, I cannot reach the lower text because my scroll bar has too little empty space - if you can understand what I am trying to say! I will be grateful for any relevant suggestions!
Many thanks in advance
If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse pushing it down (ie, clicking it, not rotating it) puts it into a mode where, when you move the cursor down the page, it causes the page to scroll downwards (and vice versa). Clicking the wheel again puts it back to normal mode.
How about repeated CTRL- when displaying the email? This will make the font smaller so you'll get more on the page. Don't forget to count the number of times you hit "-" so that you can hit CTRL+ the same number of times to return the font size back. If it's too small to read when you can see the whole message copy&paste it into Word and increase the size in there.
Dear All
As this problem only occurs in emails from one person, I am going to bite the bullet.
I thank each and every one of you for trying your best for me, but I cannot spend any more time on this problem. Please don't ever give up trying to help people in need; you really are appreciated more than you will ever know.
With sincere thanks and a rueful grin,
Take care and keep safe
Many thanks
