I'd rather sing than moan, bobbi - and that's really saying something. I've got a lousy voice! ;o)

Nearly all of us are going to live :)
despite recent medical advances in the past 20 years or so, the general death rate still hovers around 100%
They say it takes 3 weeks for habits to change...so many of us must be on our way to possible lasting change.
Sorry, I meant nearly of us are not going to die from Coronavirus.

Of course we are Sherr, just tired of negatives, we need positives to help us through this
Not on a personal level, it really hasn't change me much. I don't really mind the isolation.

I have no interest in dying (Nailit's thread was kind of pathetic imo), but apart from more respect for those in the firing line (for example, I need a cab earlier today. He got a healthy tip), it probably won't affect me much.
not really a CV19 change, more an AB change.
I find myself almost yelling at the Beeb reporters (who are now all experts in pontification) ''Have you got a link for that?''

Sorry that was to your first post Sherr

I’d like to think we don't forget ...but I’m sure we will
I really hope AB changes Alba, but the infighting seems worse, and more personal, than ever right now.

Mozz , I agree,
I don't think I have changed much (maybe that's for others to judge), but I'm sure my already clear appreciation of those who work to help us each day has increased along the way.
I will survive and after it's all over I won't take the supermarkets for granted again. I was thinking about cooking something earlier and realised I hadn't got a couple of ingredients. Post lock down I would of tootled up to my local Sainsburys but now won't take that chance for a couple of items. I just cook something else.
I have survived cancer with chemo and Coronary events and I most certainly have never taken the staff of the NHS for granted. They helped me survive and get this far. :-)
Yes, it's changed me. I can no longer watch much of the news. It gives me the hump, as do the doom and gloom merchants, so best avoided.

If you're hoping people will change for the better bobbi, they won't. People are people and always will be.

Yes sadly that’s so right Naomi , like you I switch the news off ,fed up with the gloom and doom

Same here but laughing is so nicer than being miserable
Me too. I got rejected as a choir boy after they heard my croak at audition. I got the job as a boat boy with no pay. :-(
I suppose a lot of your outlook will depend on your situation. I’d hate to be in a city or stuck in a flat with no garden. Things here are pretty much the same as any school holiday. My biggest concern was for boy #1, in a city on his ambulance placement, but he’s home now.
Mr Alba tried CNN News yesterday and in the interests of fairness, tried Fox this morning.
Fox covered the tornados (shocking news) and we decided that Fox wins for having the most entertaining anchors.

I doubt the majority of people will have changed for the better after all this is over.
