Surely video evidence is only one aspect. The camera can and does lie so each case needs a detailed examination and potentially something more (excepting some outrageous acts maybe).
The police will act on them, but it is still up to the prosecution dept as to whether any action will be taken.
How long will it take for the ‘staged’ incident to hit the new viewing platform?
Legally obliged to? I doubt it after all they no longer bother with things like burglary and shoplifting any more in some places.
