I can thoroughly recommend that Pedro Jimenez.....very drinkable indeed, and a good bargain at less than £3:00 a bottle....I feel like a case coming on at 08:00 !

That white wine has a slight fizz, and is a true medium dry....as I said, very drinkable indeed !

I'm sipping it now Mikey, smells like the stuff I used to make with the kits from Boots and doesn't taste much better.

Not sure if an hour and a half qualifies as 'improves with age' Mamylynne, it's maybe down to the fact that I'd been eating mint imperials just before the swally.
