me too TWR ..did pre release courses in jail and also had to do a few home visits for some unsavoury types..have to be very professional.don't give an inch or allude to any personal information...

I think we still have to work on the tried and trusted 'innocent until proven guilty' system here.

Past history does not of itself indicate guilt - we will have to see if it comes to trial.

As I always say when the subject of remorse is raised - it's human nature for any and all of us to deflect blame and responsibility.

Any and all criminals will try and make their crime someone else's fault, because that means it is not their fault, so they don't have the tiresome concept of feeling guilt for what they have done.

It doesn't make it right, but it does make it human nature.

No, of course he hasn't. But he has served his sentence, so a legal line is drawn under that section of his life.

If these investigations lead to another trail, then that is what it is - another trial.

Our legal system doesn't work on the basis of what people have done in the past - only on the evidence of the present investigations.
