Funnily enough I find that easy to resist. By the time I'd found the drill I could have had the spuds peeled.

I only use one potato at a time,unless new pots (skins on).

They had similar machines in chippys when I was a kid - they fascinated me.

They don't look peeled, they look scrubbed - badly.

I would prefer to peel each potato, and cut out any impurities.

It doesn't take 'thirty minutes' as this guy says, not unless you are really slow!
