Usually at about 06:00. Willy uses my chest as a trampoline at about 05:45, and after 15 mins of this I admit defeat and go and let him out for his early morning pee. We have been known to go back to bed again for another 30 mins but its a rare morning that I am not up at 07:00.

This in complete contrast to some of nieces and nephews, who never get up before mid day !
