Where does meet up come into it?
Question Author
Thanks folks. Like Blackadder says where does meet up come into it?
A meet = Hunt?
My thoughts too Captain.

Meet

Noun

BRITISH
1.a gathering of riders and hounds before a hunt begins.
"she fell from her horse during a weekend meet"
2.
an organized event at which a number of races or other athletic contests are held.
"major meets such as national championships"
synonyms: event, tournament, game, match, contest, competition;
Have you made a typo? Is it Meat instead of meet? If so Game fits all four definitions, Meat, up for, quarry, fun.
That would make sense,yes.
Ignore me, I had not come across game as a synonym for meet.
Your logic makes just as much sense Blackadder.
Perhaps daveyb will confirm 'meet' or 'meat' for us (but I, too, like your train of thought BlackadderV)
If you take it as meat, up-for, quarry & fun then game fits all.
...but Mamy's post shows game as a synonym for meet. I think either would fit.
see post @ 14.02 danny.
Seen it Ellie, I was just agreeing with his post.
sorry, danny.
