Missed Casualty last night so thought I'd watch it this afternoon on demand. It said "enter pin" I assume this is because it's on after 9pm. Problem is I don't have a pin. I thought factory setting maybe, so entered 1234. Rejected, any ideas anyone?

I had to ring Sky for mine. The older ones are the last 4 numbers on your Sky card.

Is it a Sky box? if it is you can reset your pin online. The default is the last four figures of your sky viewing card

My sky box is about a year old. HD wifi and uncle tom cobbley and all. Will try your suggestions.....tomorrow.

On the Sky box you can enter a new pin number: Click Services/Parental and enter the new pin number.

Can't you plug your computer into the TV?
