Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Does anyone know the name of the puzzles that have hidden names in a story format? (Names of football teams, counties etc). Better still, where can I get one? Thanks in hope

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean something like "The girl atE TONs of chocolate"? If not, a little more explanation of what you require would be helpful.

Toxophilus, Your example is exactly the sort of puzzle I'm looking for. I am uncertain of the name to search for on line. Makes my query too long in a search if I have to describe it. Thank you for your help so far, any further info would be much appreciated as I am doing a fun quiz this week.

I do not know what these are called, but I run a club for a group of Elders and provide stuff like this for them to work on. I create my own. How many do you need? I might just have a sheet I could send you if I had your email address. Toxophilus
