I have this little 'mantra' that I use to help me drift off. I say a list of words beginning with 're', i.e. rest, repose, restore, rejuvenate, repair, renew etc.

Can you add to my list as I seem to repeat the listed ones over and over.

Your list, Tilly, seem to fit in well with the concept of sleeping. So I'm not too sure the 'reverberate' and 'resuscitate' are really appropriate, but I'll throw them in anyway ;-)

Perhaps you are hungry?
Have you tried changing you pillow. You might say / think nothing is wrong with them but a new or different pillow could make a difference.
Or just have a large shot of brandy and hit the hay. This should work. :)
