Does anyone know if Blueray dvd players play region 1 dvd's? TIA

Blu-ray players are region-coded, so a 'bog standard' UK one won't play Region 1 DVDs or Blu-Ray disks. However multi-region players are cheaply available. e.g:

You could get a hack code and make it region free, thats what I did with my player. Here's a link:
