Which DVD ROM software frees DVD Region restrictions?

I just found out my DVD ROM (******** DVD-ROM SR-8174 B203) is now locked in playing Region 3 only. Can anyone recommend a software which I can use to free my DVD ROM player from Region 3 restriction? I prefer to buy from a high street computer shop if they stock it . Thanks people.

Either of these sites have commercial region-free players for downloading http://www.dvdidle.com/ http://www.dvd-x-player.com/ Each will allow you to play any region DVDs in a region-locked player.
