Good morning and Shana Tova Umetukah!

How do I say "Gentile Friend" as in Best regards from your Gentile friend?

Would it be: From your Khaver Goy? (which I guess is literal) or would it be: From your Goy Khaver?

A sheynem dank!

Wonderful lessons I've learned from my Israeli friend: NEVER buy Gribenes from a mohel !!

I'd go with "Haymisheh Mensch"... avoid the use of goy like the plague. To an observant Jew it's not a very nice term. Khaver could be used, stand alone... usually, your Hebrew friend knows quite well you are not kosher.

Like the joke!

Thank you SO much! Actually, my mate has for years called me his Goyim friend. I knew it was a bit of an insult, but it has always been said in the most endearing ways. We've travelled all over the world together and he's helped me in my work in ways no one else ever could. So when I received his Shana Tova wishes today I wanted to respond appropriately.

Thank you again! And enjoy the gribenes!
