4getmenot just started a thread about almost 'jumping out her skin'. Taken literally - this is a horrid thought, not to mention vision. Just imagine it - all that bone, muscle & sinew just leaping around the room with a pile of skin left to just lay there on the floor. It would be a bit scary.

Any other sayings that taken literally, would be pretty damn awful?

A horrid enough thought just on its own - but for someone to literally do it. God I feel sick.
