There is another conspiracy, quite the opposite to the "faked" moon landings. A man who calls himself Cmdr William Rutledge says he was in command of Apollo 20 that went to the moon but was covered up by NASA. This is good isn't it? On the one hand is the conspiracy that NASA said they went to the moon but didn't and faked it. On the other hand is the conspiracy that they went to the moon in total secrecy and never told anyone! It's well known that Apollo's 18, 19 and 20 were planned and paid for but didn't happen. Or did they? See the link.

be a bit miffed if you were the first man on the moon and your name wasn't neil armstrong wouldn't you?
Why do people who consider themselves intelligent believe such fantasies!
Wow, maybe it was a secret mission to rescue the WWII bomber?

Rutledge is claiming he was the last man on the moon. I believe there is video footage of the "flight" on You Tube but I haven't searched for it.
Oh well, if it’s on YouTube......

It must be true, Zacs mustn't it? If it's on You Tube, it's GOT to be true!
Absolutely. 100%.

Now excuse me, Elvis has just turned up to take me to church.
Don’t be daft Elvis works in our local chip shop
well the chip shop's shut sunday morning so he's probably going to church with zacs
Yeah, RR. Keep up. Sheesh.
Danny Finkelstein in the Times has the best answer for correspondents who think the moon landings were faked:
“Dear Sir
I’m astonished to see that you’ve fallen for the story that there really is a moon”
To worship almighty cod no doubt.
At the end of the link, it says; "Waiting for the rest of Rutledge's testimony, we should prepare ourselves for the wait." This was published in 2007. I guess we are still waiting.
And another thing;
Where did Apollos 2,3 and 4 go :-)
I've always suspected the moon landings were faked. That barren wasteland, lack of atmosphere, devoid of intelligent life. That's not the moon, that's Blackburn.
It’s a well known fact that those Apollos were bought by International Rescue and turned into Thunderbirds. The red paint job and adding a few buttresses to Apollo 3 to turn it into Thunderbird 3 (see, they didn’t even change the bleedin number!) was a clue.
Ken, that sounds like the place that conspiracy theories come from... I've never being their are you a resident ;-) I can't imagine though in Coventry they can even conceive of such a cover up, let alone spell it.
Happens to be the dark side of the moon that place... I'll never go back

Ridiculous, of course they landed on the moon... seems to me another nob trying to make a name for himself.... and being paid no doubt.
Is a ‘thunderbird’ a girl who farts a lot?
^^
Then, when Thunderbirds was over and done with, the module was originally broken down for scrap but was bought by Mike Tonkin and Anna Liu and eventually used to make the 'Singing Ringing Tree' which stands at Crown Point, high on the moors above Burnley. :-)
Interesting, probably peddled by the same con men who said they didn't go, anything to extract more dosh from eejits. 18/19/20 were planned but not entirely paid for. After A17 I guess they thought they'd done enough to impress the USSR and the bean counters won over
