I've written the words as you pronounce them, NOT as they are actually spelled.

Yes = neh
No = okhee
Please = pahrahkahlo
Thankyou = ehfkahreesto
Good morning - kahleemehrah
Good afternoon/good evening = kahleespehrah
Goodnight = kahleeneekah
Goodbye = ahndeeo

Thanks for that,I`ve also heard some Cypriots saying dax or daxi,I think it might mean ok,do you know if that is right?
endaxi is ok
A word you will hear a lot is 'malaka' - literally translated it means 'w@nker' but is used by everyone . It sometimes seems as if everyone is called 'ma

Hello = ya soo
Sorry = signomi
How are you ? = ti kanis
^ It sometimes seems as if everyone is called 'malaka'
"Goodbye = ahndeeo "
True, but you would normally only say it if you were going away (e.g. at the end of your holiday)

Yeia sou (singular) or Yeia sas (plural/respectful) are normally used for both hello and goodbye. You can also shorten it to just Yeia which is equivalent to Hi

Kali spera is used in the evening when arriving, kalo vrathi when leaving. Kali nichta is usually used when it's late late enough to assume that the evening is over and the next stop is bed...

You may also find Poso kani (how much does it cost?) useful.
