When using "Paste Link" in Excel... Is there a way to paste link shaded cells?

I have a calendar with shaded cells on certain dates. I want to be able to make changes to this sheet but the changes to also carry over onto another sheet.

Any ideas?

Thanks Yorky but it didn't work. Transpose makes it go down instead of across and visa versa. It also doesn't automatically update the second sheet when I make changes to the first sheet with shaded cells.
Sorry, totally misunderstood

No problems Yorky, I appreciate you trying to help. After all, you're the only one who has so far....
Insert new sheet. Return to calendar sheet, select all, ctrl c. Open new sheet ctrl v. to paste.

I've been playing around and still can't get the colour to paste and the contents update as well.
It's easy as you know to paste link the contents, it's the blinking colour that's the problem. Someone may be brighter than us and let you know the answer.
I'll be interested too.

You would think Microsoft would have thought of this at the beginning but I guess it only takes a bright spark like us that would think this would be useful.
Don't know if this is any good for you but as you said only certain dates are coloured I've tried colouring the other sheet first and then paste linking the contents from the first sheet and it works.
So basically colour one sheet, just do a basic copy and paste to a second sheet, then input the details onto the first sheet and copy and paste link onto the second sheet. Hope that makes sense.
It won't be the right way to do it, but what the heck if it works.
