After watching a few recent war films, the word "foobah" has been mentioned a few times. I might have spelt it wrong! I have an idea what it means but not sure...anyone help?

Fubar- It's an acronym for ****** Up Beyond All Recognition. Another famous one, also from the US Air Force, is Snafu: Sitiuation Normal: All ****** Up.

Also an acronym for ****** Up beyond All Repair. I often see broken computer equipment with "FUBAR'd" written on the side.
