The BBC has taken the childrens programme Postman Pat, off the air, in an effort to help resolve the postal dispute. With negotiations at a crucial stage, both unions and management agree, that showing the award winning series, at the present time, was not conducive, to both sides reaching an agreement. A BBC spokesman has apologised to the children and their parents, promising to show extra episodes, when it returns to our screens. Were the BBC right to do this? Did they come under government pressure?

This is a joke right?

Can you link it?
I'm furious with them as they're holding up me sending the invitations out... At this rate there won't even be a wedding!

I'll be holding Jess ransom until the post goes to normal and I can send the invites out. (Private ceremony in a cathedral and big evening do).

I haven't even had a chance to ask the vicar if he can perform the ceremony yet!
I always get suckered in LOL

Ask Fr Bill China :)
What about Mrs Goggins?
cambus never jokes.
Q. What do you call Postman Pat after he's been made redundant?
A. Pat.
They are just being silly.

The controversial episode where Pat is nicking Credit Cards from the mail was due to be shown, but that has nothing to do with the present dispute.

You are probably nearer the truth Gromit, although the BBC won't admit it.
There was an episode where he opened birthday cards and stole the childrens money, how low is that, even Jess looked disgusted.
Did you see the one where he sent the letter bomb?
My ringtone is Pat calling Jess ''That bastading cat'' amongst other things..
