Yes, except it's usually spelt "dysphemism". A definition is "the substitution of a harsher, deprecating or offensive term in place of a relatively neutral term". An example might be to say somone was a "greedy guts", where the neutral term would be to say that they "ate heartily"; a euphemism might be that they had a "good appetite".
