I know the rhyme to remember what happened to each of Henry VIII's six wives (divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived) , but is there a rhyme to remember the order of the wives by that anybody knows about? Thankx

The only Mnemonic for that I can remember is
Arrogant Bull Sees Cleaners Hair Parted

Katherine of Aragon
Anne Boleyn

Jane Seymour
. Anne of Cleaves
Catherine Howard
Catherine Parr
There was another one that went something like ...
Kate and Anne and Jane and Anne and Kate ...again.. .again.

I learnt this at school to the tune of greensleeves!
'Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleynm Jane Seymour the best by far....Anne of Cleves the flanders mare and Catherine Howard and Catherine Parr..' Imagine singing it to the tune and it does fit.
