What? Explain further?
I take it you mean 'movie' and, if so, I suppose one could have a film which keeps on - during the performance - somehow telling the audience how marvellous it is. (An oddity, certainly, but possible, I suppose!) In such a case, your sentence would be conceivable. That is, the film does have something to say about it and what it says is that it is wonderful.

Mivies are wonderful Ice Lollies though whether they have anything to say about anything is doubtful.
