He asked us, for our next period, to learn what is meant when people say (you deserve) a taste of honey? any ideas?

Tell him it means to have a good experience, particularly for someone who is having a bit of a hard time. tell him it's the title of a play by Shelagh Delaney made into a film starring Rita Tushingham. Tell him as a drama teacher he really should know this.
Don 't tell him any such thing: are we supposed to assume that every time the teacher sets a question, it's because HE doesn't know the answer?
