6.345
or 8.7 recurring outside Norfolk
aww, i wasn't taking into account the time difference! thanks for pointing that out, i'd have looked such a fool!!
I got 9 not recurring in Oxford......but I am further west, so maybe a bigger time difference!
8537
Yellow
can't believe nobody's said 42. Well, I'm certainly not going to.
None
was going to say 42, but it seemed so obvious
There are none left because he was so hungry after his walk.
Bananas - this colour
That's strange - I got an answer in bananas squared. I'll just check my working out . . .

now this is getting tricky with bananas thrown into the equation. Maybe this thread should be opened up in the science section as well!

p.s. is that bloke still walking?

In British Sign Language they have the same word for "yellow" and "custard" but the answer is still 8537, except on Thursdays when the answer is minus 576,000 million.

Where are you from XxHeatherxX? I only ask because a UK standard barrel is slightly smaller than its US equivalent (and dont get us started on the Eurofools trying to get us to conform to le tonneau) , also we British do tend to have CONSIDERABLY bigger plums.
It's Bashful - All the others celebrated their birthdays on June 31st.
My calculations are not working! Should I be using apple Pi or plum Pi?

Hmmm... or may be we should just accept SteveD was right yesterday?!

Of course I'm right! A barrel of plums, whatever its size, contains no apples. Boring but true. You've all been distracted by the walking man.

Either that or the answer is Piddletrenthide.

I retract my last statement.

Piddletrenthide it is!!!
