The answer to your question is that when I was speaking to my sister on the phone a week ago, she mentioned that her granddaughter was coming back to her birthplace for her birthday which was 29th February, so I assumed she was meaning that date.

I think if the year is divisible by 4 it is a leap year though,as always, there are exceptions

It’s the strangest feeling for the leaplings when they have no official birthday as of a the case this year. My friend celebrated today but it’s not the same as having the correct date which will have to wait another 4 years. Especially as it was a big O birthday today.
