Our Friend Gave My Husband A 'Keeper' Ring From Her Late Husband

My husband doesn't like heavy jewellery but took it with the sentiment it was for, we've just walked to our village where there's a small jeweller/ key cutter etc, I rang first and of course he wasn't open but said to ring when we got outside and he'd let us in which he did....
We're have the large buckle ring melted down to two 'pinky rings' his and hers, cost £90 but we will each have a momento of our late friend with us

That's the type LJ all the go back in the day but my OH would never wear something like it so doing what we did was the better option
