Poor wee Rory has been found - life extinquished.

Sorry for this but what kind of people would do this to someone who had his own wee life in front of him - how dare they take that away from his family and also us who are parents.

How many given the opportunity would do severe damage - u know what I mean - and have some kind of satisfaction u had torturted the basket - but let him then suffer at the hands of the 'professionals'  when he goes down.

Sorry for being so sad!

Andy

If you didnt know why post an answer?

A wee boy was left at school by his mum and he has been found  half a mile away from his school  - murdered.

There was no need for your post - we in Scotland take this to heart as we do when it happens to someone elses wee one.

You know what  - I'm gonna close this cos its a Scottish thing and no-one else knows what I am on about.

I just felt so profoundly about this - thats all!!

No Buddy not just a Scottish thing.  Any body - in fact any parent will feel for his family.  I just dont know how anybody could get over that.

Buddy I understand how you feel, the same as, I hope 99% of us. Please don't  judge Andy008's response as not caring. I do not know him, but will stick my neck out and say that I am sure, he genuinely did not know, what you were talking about. I know we feel grief, sorrow, sickening disbelief, horror and anger, please God they find this sick ******* and soon.

I was making reference to the "suffer at the hands of the professionals" whatever that means, and the email link.

As regards the detection of the killer, the police are the most capable party.

Andy the professionals comment isn't a link, Buddy has just underlined the word.  Personally, I think your first comment was rude and unnecessary.  Please think before you write something like that to a post which is about a boy who has been murdered.

Andy - I have absolutely no idea how that word came up blue - I must have done something but I honestly dont know.

What I meant by the suffer bit was when he is caught and jailed his life will be a misery by the "professionals".

Oh Sorry, I didn't understand at first either.  I think you're asking how many of us would 'do him over' once we got our hands on the evil *******. As we say 'dan saff'

I can assure you it's not a 'scottish' thing.  I feel very deeply for anybody who has a member of their family or a friend taken from them, especially a child and especially so brutally.

Hi Buddy and all Aber's, my heart just sank when I heard on the news that a body had been found and again when he was identified. 11 years old, just a baby ... so, so sad. ;-(
It must be every parents nightmare. Especially as he was dropped off at school and if I am right it was only realised when it was time to pick him up from school. I know its difficult but I thought schools checked up on pupils who were absent. His parents obviously would not have notified the school that he would not be attending that day. I hope they find out soon what happened to their little boy as the not knowing must be terrible. I agree with the other readers that if you are not sure what a post is about, carry on reading others till you find one that you do that way you offend no one.

Don't apologise Buddy for the way you feel about that poor young boy & his family. I can only echo what Peri has said, I don't know how a parent can ever come to terms with that. My sons are now adults & I still worry about them.

Aren't all the schools still on summer holidays??
Scottish schools break up earlier and go back about mid August.

Thank you all for your answers.

I said it was a Scottish thing because it has only now become national where we have known for days he was missing.I just assumed with Andys answer that no-one knew what I was talking about.

Terrible when given his age it could be someone he knew and trusted.I feel sick to the pit of my stomach that innocents who are just embarking on their lives and have never harmed a soul are taken away.

About time these people who commit these heinous acts suffer for the rest of their lives.Take what you like out of that.

this is an awful thing to happen my heart goes out to his parents i live about 5 minutes away from where this tragedy has happened and its very scary actually, its terrible whenever you hear something has happened like that especially when its children

Are medical human experiments a good thing for these murderers? Why not give them cancer instead of some poor guinea pig and let the scientists experiment on them with whatever is necessary.

That way the life or lives they have snuffed out can be equalled  if they save lives from a cure found.

Does this make sense at all?

yep! makes perfect sense to me!
Buddy the murder of a child affects us all, I have 3 and the eldest is only 7, if anyone harmed a hair on their heads I would kill them with my bare hands.  My parents live in the area so I know what has been going on (I am very Scottish but have lived in England for 8 years now).  I hope they find the ******* that did is soon.
My son is off school today, cause he is ill and I nipped into his school to explain why he was off (it's about 100 yards away from my house) and the headmistress was saying to me that they have already had a phone call from the education dept. saying that from now on schools will have to phone parents and confirm that they know their child isn't in school, quick work from a council for once.(We are in Scotland too)
I cant even imagine what this poor family is going through or how you ever recover from something as horrendous as this. I'm sure all our thought are with them.
