When i was steward of my local Working Men's Club, we had a customer who was very mild mannered and who liked a game of snooker. However, he wasn't very good at the game and quite often he would miss the easiest of shots, to which he would mildly exclaim, "Spiders on toast."

How about you ditch the swear words and reachearch the English Dictionary for alternatives?
a favourite character in a book uses the phrase "snakes and B****rds" but I don't think that's what you're looking for
"Oh!Sugar!!" is a favorite of mine.
